How do I apply?
To secure your placement, complete the comprehensive application process. This allows us to gain a deep understanding of your objectives and carefully construct a transformative experience tailored to your needs.
How is this program different from individual coaching?
Group coaching provides a transformative environment where you can share vulnerably, learn from peers’ experiences, and generate powerful collaborative synergy. The facilitated group dynamic accelerates growth through collective empowerment and accountability.
What is the time commitment required?
The program spans 6 months with 3 monthly group coaching sessions on a fixed day of the week and 6 individual sessions scheduled at your convenience. You can expect to dedicate 5-7 hours per month to group coaching sessions and 1:1 coaching.
Who are the other participants?
Your cohort will comprise 4-6 carefully selected political/social impact leaders to ensure aligned goals, complementary experience levels, and strategic synergy. Cohorts are architected to maximize collaborative growth.
How are groups facilitated?
Your coach Elisabeth guides and facilitates the group process. The group coaching program is informed by principles created by Dr. Claire Zammit’s Accelerator™ Group Coaching Method. These give you the opportunity to form collaborative relationships with each other. It is essential that you work together to create a safe, collaborative and supportive space. You’re stepping into your vision of who you’re becoming and inviting the group to see you in this way, as well as holding you accountable to be making choices, taking actions, and showing up in your life in ways that are consistent with the future you’re creating.
Is this program confidential?
Absolute confidentiality is a foundational principle. All participants must agree to strict non-disclosure terms to preserve the sanctity of the space for courage and candor.
