Programs You Purchase from Elisabeth Tanev

When you purchase a program at Elisabeth Tanev, we ask you to register your name, email address, postal address, and organization number and company name if you represent a company. We do this to be able to send you a correct invoice in accordance with the accounting regulations’ formal requirements for invoices.

Credit card information is not stored on Elisabeth Tanev’s server. All purchases go through Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin.

Blog Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Deletion of Data

As mentioned earlier, you can unsubscribe from email lists you’re on at any time. If you have purchased programs from us, you also have the right to have all data we have stored about you on the website deleted.

If you have left comments, you can request an export file containing the personal data we have about you. This includes all data you have given us. You can also request that we delete all personal information we have about you. This does not include information we are required to store for administrative, legal, or security reasons.

As mentioned in the previous section, we send you a formal invoice for all purchases made. We obviously cannot delete accounting documents, as we are obligated to keep these for 10 years.
